Looking for a 250cc 4 stroke for adult and 50cc for child

I am looking to buy a couple of off-road bikes for my son and I. This will be his first bike so I am looking for something similar to a Yamaha TT-R50....no clutch, no gears, etc. Something he can get on and give it gas. I am an experienced rider that has not been on a off-road bike in 8+ years. I would like a 250CC 4-stroke bike. I am not brand loyal. I am willing to purchase out right or I have a 2006 Polaris Ranger that I can offer as a trade. I am about 1 hour south of Atlanta. Brian, I have 2006 Kx250f set up for the woods and in good shape. has revalved suspension, bark busters, glide plate, and aftermarket bars. Motor has fresh piston and rings.
